Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to provide the best shopping experience, but if you need to exchange a product, please review our policy below:

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are only applicable for size issues, wrong products received, or manufacturing defects.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Return Process

  • If the issue is from our end (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.), we will arrange a return pickup.
  • If the issue is not from our end (e.g., size exchange, change of preference), the customer must send the product to our return address.

Exchange Dispatch

  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will conduct a quality check.
  • After approval, the exchange item will be dispatched at the earliest.
